OPD Register

OPD stands for the outpatient department.This register is maintained at the reception and is used to enter details of Outdoor Patients. It is mandatory by Income Tax Rule 3 C.  It is mandatory for doctors of any pathy, any Branch and should be maintained . All cases, old & new, should be entered in the register. NABH Compliant

This OPD Register is useful to do data mining with early warning signal as to how many pts have come and how many are not turning up for second visits. This OPD Register is to maintained  by reception staff and it contains who has come to visit the doctor from which place, the gender details, contact nos, the money they have paid ,their addresses, etc.,

This register is also useful for financial accounting of how many patients have come in a day and how much revenue is being generated.
